The temperature in Canada is at its lowest in February, but as long as you’re prepared for the winter weather there’s plenty of winter fun to be had. Try Whistler or Montreal for a skiing break. In New Zealand and Australia the summer sun is still blazing, leaving lots of opportunity to take part in snorkelling, diving and sightseeing in a warm climate.
