You will be sure to love your time in Indonesia; there is so much to experience in this beautiful archipelago. From breathtaking natural landscapes and stunning beaches to a rich cultural heritage and vibrant cities, Indonesia offers a unique adventure for every traveler.

Passports & Visas:

  • You can obtain a visa on arrival in Indonesia for tourism for up to 30 days. Please check for the most up-to-date rules here. We recommend pre-registering all your customs and immigration documents prior to departure to speed up the entry process.

Language & Culture:

  • Bahasa Indonesia is the official language of the country. Indonesia is known for its diverse culture, with over 300 ethnic groups and a rich tapestry of traditions, art, and culinary delights.

Money & Expenses:

  • Indonesia is primarily a cash-based society, and we recommend always carrying some cash. While many shops and restaurants in urban areas accept Visa and MasterCard, it's advisable to have cash on hand, especially in more remote locations. ATMs are widely available in cities.
