Jade Mountain
Jade Mountain is located in a majestic location, just above the 600-acre beachfront resort of Anse Chastanet. The resort is on St. Lucia’s south-western Caribbean coastline and is famous for its organic architecture, which showcases the stunning beauty of St Lucia and its coastline. They face out towards the famous Piton’s, which are striking volcanic plugs that rise above the rainforest canopy.
The hotel is bold in design. Individual walkways lead you to your own sanctuary, most with an extravagant infinity pool, and with the fourth wall entirely absent, you will be mesmerised with the views out to the outside. The rooms are extravagantly sized, with large living areas a king-size bed and bathroom with a bath and rain shower. It is all about being amongst nature and enjoying outside living. With no TV’s or radios in the room, you can enjoy the sights and sounds as natural as they come. The suites also have 24-hour butler service available to cater for every guest needs.
The Jade Mountain Club is home to award winning chef Allen Susser and his team offer a menu that is exotic and delicious. There is also live entertainment on selected evenings, such as jazz musicians and classical acoustic guitarists.
Guests can also enjoy the facilities at its sister hotel, Anse Chastanet, including restaurants, bars, boutiques, art gallery, spa, scuba diving, bike hire and water sports facilities. Both resorts have access to two stunning soft sand beaches, with snorkelling available to explore the stunning marine life.

The Jade Mountain Club is located at the top level of the hotel. It offers fine dining in a tranquil setting, with locally sourced ingredients and the finest cuisine. In the evening, the Celestial Terrace offers incredible sunset views, elegant music, and sumptuous beverages.

At Anse Chastanet:
There are 3 restaurants/ 2 bars plus the Jungle Beach Bar & Grill on the second beach of Anse Mamin. At midlevel hillside, near reception, there is the Treehouse Restaurant consisting of two Treehouse open air structures with beautiful views of ocean and the surrounding hills and the Piton Lounge and Bar with Piton and Ocean views, At beach level and right on the water’s edge is the Trou au Diable beach restaurant and bar. The Jungle Beach Bar & Grill is located on our second beach of Anse Mamin, accessible by our complimentary Shuttle Boat. A great variety of culinary experiences is on offer: Fine Caribbean Dining (Treehouses), Emerald’s Vegetarian, Apsara East India-St. Lucia fusion (Beach Restaurant/dinner time only) and the Beach Grill (Beach Bar/dinner time only) plus the Jungle Beach Bar & Grill at Anse Mamin beach for lunchtime meals. The Jungle Grill can remain open for private catering events in the evening if pre-booked.
