The hotel is situated in one of the Caribbean’s most romantic resort settings, amongst a 600-acre estate which offers seclusion and breath-taking views of St Lucia’s famous Piton mountain range, which rise in the rainforest and overlook the turquoise Caribbean Sea.
The resort offers something for everyone. For those seeking an active stay, there are miles of winding hiking trails throughout the rainforest and its surrounds. The two stunning beaches are found down a route of 100 steps down the hillside or can be accessed by shuttle. They are fringed with coral reefs, making it a snorkeller and divers paradise. The resort has its own PADI dive school, and offers complimentary snorkelling, windsurfing, sunfish sailing, kayaking. There is also a variety of personalised excursions available inclusive, island tours, rainforest hikes, and boat trips on board the resorts on 42 ft sailing yacht.
The rooms are located in the hillside or beachside, and are colourful in design, with furniture and decorations sourced locally, including local woods and fabrics.

Restaurant and Bars
The Treehouse is open for breakfast and dinner and this unique restaurant is made up of two open-air treehouses overlooking the ocean. Enjoy Tropical World Cuisine with favourites such as mahi mahi with ginger root sauce.
Vegans and healthy eaters are well catered for at Emerald's at the Piti Piton Lounge which offers a menu of vegan food showcasing organic produce from the resort’s farm in the Soufrière hills. Dinner is served six nights a week and melt-in-the-mouth dishes include apple curry and crispy rain forest calabza gnocchi.
For lunch head to Trou au Diable on the beachfront and enjoy appetisers, salads, sandwiches, burgers and Caribbean and Creole specialities while in the evening you can choose from the 'Aspara' Indian-themed menu – a fusion of East Indian and Caribbean cuisine. Every Tuesday the restaurant hosts a Caribbean culinary evening.
Light grilled dishes are served at the water’s edge at the casual Trou au Diable Beach Grill six nights a week while the Jungle Beach Bar & Grill offers a casual setting for lunch on Anse Mamin Beach.
