Interactive entertainment and delectable food. Cape Malay / African style menu is served in sharing and individual portions. Start with an interactive djembe drumming session, led by a professional djembe drum instructor.  A traditional hand washing ceremony signals the start of dinner. Live entertainment during dinner includes a Mali puppet show. The final performance is by the staff who will entertain you with local song and dances.
