The Role:
Product and Data Executive is required to join the Product Team within a highly successful tour operator. The position supports our Product Managers, assisting them in all duties, key being ensuring our internal systems and website accurately record all the content for all holiday products and services across all our destinations. The role will interface with the Product Team and IT to help and support the business in driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the accurate initial loading of all travel products into our back-office system and website, including copy content, imagery, and pricing for both brochure and non-brochure products.
- Maintain systems loaded content, imagery, and pricing, ensuring all data is always kept up to date and any changes are promptly updated.
- Inform internal teams on product changes and updates in a timely manner.
- Report to Product Managers and other departments as appropriate when any product changes occur that may affect any reservations that are confirmed and yet to travel.
- Assist Product Managers as needed, including (but not limited to).
- Be the first point of contact for internal departments regarding product related questions and queries.
- Liaise with suppliers as needed regarding product changes, enquiries, and reservation questions.
- Assist with brochure production, including copy writing, proof reading and pricing.
- Creating promotional offers for internal & external marketing.
- Cover for product managers as needed.
About You:
- Self-motivated and have the initiative and ability to work independently whilst also being a strong team player.
- A keen interest in travel in general
- This role relies on inputting accurate data so you must have a keen interest in data inputting with a strong focus on accuracy.
Skills & Experience:
- Excellent attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- A good understanding of the English language.
- Able to write inspiring written documents.
- Excellent Excel, Word and Power point skills.
- Good interpersonal skills with a confident ability to communicate with a variety of people of all levels of seniority internally and externally.
- A good knowledge of some or all of our destinations.

Contract / Working Hours:
