Where to go in Noosa
Noosa National Park
One of Australia's favourite National Parks due to the ease of access, the myriad of walking tracks available and the awe-inspiring natural scenery. This park is adored by visitors and locals alike. you could visit 'Little Cove' a beach favoured by the locals or follow the coastal track to Tea Tree Bay to see if you can spot any Koalas in the trees.
Noosa Everglades
One of only two everglade systems in the world, the Noosa Everglades are known as the 'River of Mirrors' due to the stunning reflections seen in the water. This 60km stretch of water is home to magnificent flora and fauna and narrow waterways. These Everglades can be explored on either guided or self-guided kayak tours, by boat or even on foot, there are options for everyone.
Noosa Beaches
With beaches that are designed for swimming, surfing, paddle boarding, boating, fishing and more, there will be a beach to suit your every need. Noosa's main beach with its idyllic wave conditions is one of a few beaches in Australia which faces north and is safe for swimming all year round.
Noosa Hinterland
Around 30 minutes from central Noosa you will find a mix of lakes, forests, rock formations and friendly towns make up the Noosa Hinterland. Here you will find interesting historical towns such as Cooroy, home to Lake Macdonald and Noosa Botanic Gardens. Famous for its scenery, art and gourmet food is the town of Kin Kin, explore the Noosa Trail Network that can be enjoyed via hikers, bikers and horse riders.
