Your Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrive Christchurch
On arrival into Christchurch you will be met by a Grand Pacific Tours representative who will transfer you to your hotel. Enjoy luxe benefits and a complimentary pre dinner drink as you meet your travelling companions. (D)

Day 2 : Christchurch
Visit the International Antarctic Centre for an interactive experience of Antarctica, followed by a city tour of Christchurch and free time at leisure.(B)
Day 3 : Christchurch - Arthur’s Pass - Franz Josef
Board the TranzAlpine, travel through spectacular gorges to Arthur’s Pass. Board your Ultimate coach and travel to Hokitika, before continuing to Franz Josef where time is available to experience a scenic flight (optional, weather permitting) over the spectacular glaciers. (B,D)

Day 4 : Franz Josef - Queenstown
See the snow capped peaks of the Southern Alps as you travel south along the West Coast and the Haast Pass. Arrive into picturesque Queenstown where this evening is free to dine at leisure. (B)

Day 5 : Queenstown Free Day
Today is a free day for optional sightseeing. This evening board the vintage steamship TSS Earnslaw and cruise across Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak Station. Enjoy a gourmet barbecue dinner at the Colonel’s Homestead followed by a short farm tour and a sing along by the piano as your cruise back to Queenstown. (B,SD)
Day 6 : Queenstown - Te Anau
Travel to Arrowtown to visit the Lakes District Museum. Continue to Te Anau, the gateway to Fiordland. (B,D)

Day 7 : Te Anau - Milford Sound - Te Anau
Enjoy a fascinating drive to Milford Sound for a nature cruise on this magnificent fiord. See the spectacular Bowen Falls and towering Mitre Peak as you enjoy a picnic lunch onboard. Return to Te Anau for free time. (B,L,D)
Day 8 : Te Anau - Dunedin
Travel to Dunedin for a city tour followed by some free time to explore at leisure. (B,D)

Day 9 : Dunedin - Mt Cook
Travel along the Otago Peninsula to Larnach Castle for a guided tour followed by an Ultimate High Tea. Travel to Oamaru famous for its limestone, follow the Waitaki River to Mt Cook, New Zealand’s highest Peak. (B,D)

Day 10 : Mt Cook - Christchurch
Today the opportunity is available to enjoy a scenic flight (optional, weather permitting) over the Southern Alps. Continue to Lake Tekapo to view the brilliant turquoise water, the Church of the Good Shepherd and the Sheep Dog Statue before arriving into Christchurch. This evening enjoy a farewell dinner including selected beverages with your new found friends. (B,SD)

Day 11 : Depart Christchurch
