Water Villa

140m2 -.  Like pearls over water, the Water Villas are set suspended on stilts into the turquoise lagoon, connected to the island by a timber walkway. The private sundeck of the villa extends into hammocks to sunbath, lazing over the water, listening to the sound of the waves and observing the vivid marine life beneath. The wooden staircase leads directly from the sundeck to the lagoon, for the daily dose of snorkelling or for the occasional plunge into the ocean. The Villas have an additional living room attached to the bedroom and the spacious bathroom opens to the outdoor with the open-air bathtub and is equipped with the latest luxury amenities.

Water Pool Villa

165m2  The exclusive Water Pool Villas are located at the edge of the timber walkway, suspended on stilts into the turquoise lagoon on the Eastern side of Kanuhura. The private sundeck is extended into an overwater plunge pool and hammocks, providing the ultimate Maldivian experience. From the deck, the wooden stairs lead directly into the turquoise lagoon with the coral garden to explore just a few meters away. The Water Pool Villas have an additional living room with library,  featuring selected books and the spacious bathroom opens to the outdoor with the open-air bathtub and is equipped with the latest luxury amenities.

Veli - Veli offers a modern interpretation of fusion cuisine from the many rich cultures of the Maldives. Its décor is characterised by an open kitchen with contemporary seating around Yakiniku tables where meats and seafood are grilled in front of guests, all set on a pristine stretch of powder-white beach.

Drift - Set on Jehunuhura, Kanuhura’s own exclusive and secluded island, Drift offers a unique concept of a grill restaurant on a beautiful getaway gem, a few minutes away by boat transfer.

Iru - The most wonderful place to spend the entire day and watch the sun go down. It is the perfect spot to marvel at the mesmerizing Maldivian sunset while enjoying lounge music and exotic cocktails.

Deli - For something light, try the Deli, which offers a selection of exotic teas, freshly brewed coffees and, for the sweeter palette, refreshing ice creams and freshly baked pastries and cake, as well as a selection of sandwiches. A relaxed and casual setting will entice you to linger, however, should you wish to explore our beautiful island, picnic baskets can be prepared upon request.

Chef’s Herb Garden - Set amidst a beautiful hanging vegetable garden, a large communal table becomes the focal point to enjoy exquisitely prepared, aromatic dishes for lunch or dinner, using freshly picked herbs. A selection of herbal infusions can be prepared upon requests. For culinary enthusiasts, our Chef provides interactive cookery demonstration.

Jehunuhura Island - Jehunuhura is a private island getaway just 5 minutes from Kanuhura. The island offers guests a relaxing retreat from the heat of the afternoon sun with luxury picnic hampers for lunch. In the evening, the Island hosts private parties or romantic hideaways for two. Private romantic dinners and family events can be tailored to your wishes on our private island. 

Nature - Visit the Orchid Nurseries and the Chef’s Garden, unique in the middle of the Indian Ocean. Join the Nature Walk by the Gardening Team to teach you about Kanuhuras vegetation. 

Kids Club - The Kids Club offers imaginative fun for kids (4–11) with organized games, videos, web surfing or the library to choose from. A world of natural wonders is just waiting to be discovered. Parents or a baby-sitter should accompany all children under 4 years of age. Babysitting service is also available on request (chargeable). 

Spa - A diverse range of treatments and a comprehensive array of facilities, within beautifully designed wooden interiors, provide guests with a sanctuary for relaxation and overall body care. Signature Massages like the Aroma Stone Therapy and Maldivian Theyo Dhemun are a “must-try”. Tennis Academy - Kanuhura introduces its tennis academy managed by “S-Tennis”. “S-Tennis is hiring tennis coaches with extraordinary attitude and enthusiasm, and quality of coaching and professionalism are fundamental values for us. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and take your tennis game to the next level with our resident coach. 

Lava Lounge - Lava Lounge can be used as a private movie cinema with popcorn, for watching big-screen sporting events during major world competitions, or as a conference and meeting room (for up to 50 people, theatre-style).
