Your Itinerary
Day 1 : UK - Montréal
Depart on your flight to Montréal. On arrival make your way to your hotel, the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth. Centrally located in the heart of Montréal, just steps away from the Esplanade Place Ville Marie, it’s the perfect base from which to explore this vibrant city.
Day 2 : Montréal
Spend today discovering the diverse neighbourhoods and districts of Montréal. Filled with history and charm and superb dining. Visit the Notre Dame Basilica, Parc du Mont-Royal and the Old Port spanning the mighty St Lawrence River.
Day 3-4 : Charlevoix
Collect your rental car this morning before leaving the city for the spectacular Charlevoix region. Wind your way north to the village of La Malbaie and the Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu. Sitting above the St Lawrence River, this gorgeous hotel is reminiscent of a traditional French chateau and a peaceful escape for a few days. Spend your time here exploring the Laurentides Wildlife Reserve, or head to Saguenay Fjord for some whale watching. Day 5-6 : Quebec City
From the Charlevoix make your way to Québec City, an atmospheric walled city, that is one of the oldest in North America. Your base for the next 2 nights is the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac, one of the most iconic sights in Québec. Explore Le Quartier Petit-Champlain, an impossibly picturesque area of the city, tucked between the waterfront and the Old Upper Town, soak up the charm from pavement cafes and enjoy discovering this very walkable city on foot.
Day 7-8 : Mont Tremblant
The village of Tremblant can be found lying in the pretty Laurentian Mountains, and whilst deservedly known for its superb skiing, it is a wonderful year-round destination. During the summer months, wildflowers cover the mountainside and outdoor activities abound including canoeing, kayaking, hiking and paddleboards. The Fairmont Tremblant offers an supremely comfortable place to stay at the top of the village and facilities include a fitness and aquatic centre, a blissful spa and a choice of restaurants.
Day 9-10 : Montebello
The last port of call on your Québec journey is Montebello. Overlooking the Ottawa River this delightful hotel offers rustic charm in a setting that is heaven-sent for outdoor activities. Take to the water on a paddleboard, kayak, or canoe, hope on a bicycle or follow one of the many hiking trails. There are also indoor and outdoor swimming pools, tennis courts and a choice of restaurants. This beautiful location is the perfect end to your time in Quebec.
Day 11 : Montebello - UK
Return to Montréal in time for your departure flight to the UK.
