The tides of the Bay of Fundy
The Bay of Fundy tides are the highest tides in the world, with 100-billion tonnes of seawater gushing in and out of the bay twice a day.
The power of the tides is most evident at The Hopewell Rocks located on the shores of the Bay of Fundy at Hopewell Cape. At low tide you can walk the ocean floor and look up at the cliffs and rocks. At high tide, enormous rock formations that once towered over you are now barely peeking out above the surface, making it possible to kayak at high tide over the area you may have recently walked at low tide. The time span between low and high tide is 6 hours and 13 minutes, meaning you can experience both in one day.

Simply choose how you want to get out in to the playground where these majestic creatures live. There are plenty of options including a sail boat, catamaran, cruiser and speedy zodiac!
