Arrive mid-morning into Adelaide and transfer to your hotel. Adelaide is the gateway to fabulous wine regions and gourmet extravaganza.

During you stay we have included a morning food tour to Central Market, eat delicious tastings and meet the locals behind the finest produce.  For something a little different and one of our favourite tours in the city is an easy and fun kayak tour. Paddle through an old mangrove finest and get a front row sea of migrating and native dolphin species.

Day 4-5 : Adelaide - McLaren Vale

Collect your vehicle this morning and head out of the city heading south to the Mclaren Vale. We highly recommend a lunch stop at the unusual d’Arenberg Cube, the building resembles a Rubik’s Cube floating in a vineyard, each level with spectacular views. (Please make a reservation to suit you).

Travelling towards the coast, you may wish to stop at Port Willunga beach, home to amazing beach caves.  Explore further on your second day to Deep Creek National Park and the amazing coastal adventures of Rapid Bay and Second Valley. Your overnight stay is for 2 nights amongst the vineyards.

Day 6-7 : McLaren Vale – Barossa Valley

Travel north towards to the Barossa Valley for your next 2 nights stay within the vines, this area is known for producing hearty Shiraz and red blends. We have included a full day guided tour visiting four boutique wineries, lunch is included overlooking the vineyards with your favourite tipple.

Day 8-9 : Barossa Valley - Adelaide Hills

With your favourite bottle of Barossa wine on board travel your drive today will take you back towards Adelaide for a 2 nights luxurious stay at the stunning Sequoia Lodge surrounded by nature on top of Adelaide’s Mount Lofty, affectionately known as Koala Mountain.  Unwind and enjoy the lodge’s hospitality.

Day 10-11 : Adelaide Hills - Alice Springs

This afternoon return your vehicle to Adelaide and fly to Alice Springs, this town embodies the Australian spirit, from the ancient desert it sits upon to its Aboriginal culture.  Join an Outback BBQ Dinner & Show where stories will be shared from life in the outback.

You will also join a full day 4WD adventure out to the West MacDonnell Ranges. See spectacular rock forms, white sands and an oasis of rock pools, palm trees and Aboriginal art collection.

Day 12-13 : Alice Springs - Uluru

Collect your vehicle rental and drive at your own pace through the red centre to Uluru.  Places not to miss include Standley Chasm and Ormiston Gorge.  Your first encounter with Uluru this evening is to join a short evening tour, you will be taken to an amphitheatre where drones, lights music, and immersion into Anangu Culture will bring life to the Mala story.

Your full day in Uluru will start with a sunrise Segway tour.  Enjoy a magical sunrise with a light breakfast before your guides will provide you with training before taking a journey around the base, no need to rush as your guide will point out Aboriginal rock art, geology and history of the area.  Something a little more sedate will be more hands on as you are aught about Aboriginal dot painting symbols and styles depicting stores to life. You will take home a memento of your fine work.  This afternoon indulge in High Tea where native ingredients are served in a selection of sweet and savoury petit fours, tea of coffee and a glass of Australian sparkling wine.

Day 14 : Uluru - Kings Canyon

Join todays’ early morning tour to Kata Tjuta a truly spiritual place for a spectacular sunrise.  On arrival at the viewing area you will be guided to the best vantage point to see the 36 domes while watching the sun’s morning glow as the desert awakens.  Your guide will share the significance of this sacred ceremonial site before you return to Uluru for your onward self-drive to Kings Canyon.

440 million years in the creating, Kings Canyon rises 270 metres above sea level and is at the heart of Australia's Red Centre. Home to the Luritja and Arrente peoples for more than 20,000 years. Feel on top of the world with walks along the towering red rock cliffs and views of the forest of palms below.

This evening, we invite you to an exclusive intimate dining experience where you will be served a six-course menu, accompanied by some of Australia’s finest wine.  The only light comes from the moon and the crackling glow of the fire, the only sound is the whispering breeze through the desert oak trees.
