Day 1 - 2 : UK - Perth - Adelaide
You adventure begins in Adelaide. Gateway to the outback, fabulous wine regions and the Murray River, Adelaide has everything – wildlife, Aboriginal culture, beaches and a great food and nightlife scene. It’s sophisticated in an understated sort of way and generations of Italians have created a Mediterranean style café culture that lends itself perfectly to the Aussie way of life.
Day 3-4 : Full Day Uncork the Barossa Valley
You will be picked up from your hotel to enjoy this full day tour. This tour provides you with the opportunity to uncork the historic Barossa Valley, discovering lesser-known boutique wineries that are big on character. Meet passionate locals, sample outstanding wine and enjoy a tasting menu lunch at one of the region’s best restaurants. You will taste the old and the new, the famous and the yet to be discovered, with a tour itinerary flexible to your tastes. Return to Adelaide and be transferred to your Adelaide accommodation.
Day 5-6 : Kangaroo Island
Just 30 minutes by air from Adelaide, take your flight to the natural wonders of Kangaroo Island, showcasing some of Australia’s greatest wildlife experiences. This is a pristine wilderness, a place of beauty and escape, where the wildlife has been protected by nature’s barrier of water from the predators found on the mainland. Discover koalas snoozing in the eucalyptus trees, seals playing in the ocean surf, kangaroos and wallabies and hundreds of bird species you’ll see no-where else. Visit the Remarkables Rocks and Admirals Arch rock formations, breath in the ozone and wonder at nature’s paradise.
Day 7 : Adelaide
Fly back to Adelaide and enjoy a full day exploring the city. Take a leisurely stroll along North Terrace, explore the Adelaide Botanic Garden, or visit the renowned Art Gallery of South Australia. We recommend to explore the Adelaide Oval, Hahndorf, and a stop at the Adelaide Central Market for some delectable local treats.
Day 8-9 : Paringa
Today, you'll embark on to the scenic Paringa, a charming riverfront town on the Murray River. Check into your riverfront retreat and unwind while taking in the serene river views. Spend your day exploring Paringa and the surrounding areas. You can take a river cruise, visit local wineries, or simply relax by the riverbank, enjoying the tranquil ambiance.
Day 10 : Adelaide - UK
Your incredible South Australian journey comes to an end. After breakfast in Paringa, go back to Adelaide, taking with you unforgettable memories of Kangaroo Island, Adelaide, Barossa Valley, and the charming riverfront town of Paringa.
