Your Itinerary
Day 1-2 : UK-Sydney
Depart the UK for Sydney. On arrival a private transfer will take you to your hotel.
Day 3-4 : Sydney
Spend 2 days exploring this beautiful city, set around the sparkling waters of Sydney Harbour, framed by the iconic sails of the Sydney Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. A morning tour and harbour cruise with lunch is included on one of your days here.
Day 5 : Sydney - Port Stephens
Collect your rental car this morning and leave the city behind for Port Stephens. A seaside getaway surrounded by beaches and marine life.
Day 6-7 : Port Stephens – Port Macquarie
Continue your journey north, following the coastline as you make your way to Port Macquarie. There is a free day to explore here. It’s well known for its native koala population and home to the Billabong Koala Park and Koala Hospital.
Day 8-9 : Port Macquarie – Coffs Harbour
Rejoin the Pacific Highway and continue north to Coffs Harbour. Join a local Aboriginal guide for a morning tour as they invite you into their homelands ‘Gumbaynggirr’ country.
Day 10-11 : Coffs Harbour – Byron Bay
The destination today is Byron Bay. Known for its fabulous surf beaches, national parks and laid-back lifestyle, this is a wonderful spot to spend a few days.
Day 12-13 : Byron Bay – Gold Coast Hinterland
Turn away from the coast and head inland to the emerald, green hues of the Gold Coast Hinterland. There is a day free to relax and enjoy the natural surroundings.
Day 14-15 : Gold Coast Hinterland – Brisbane
Continue on to Brisbane for a 2 night stay. The state capital of Queensland is Australia’s 3rd largest city and highly regarded for its culture, warm atmosphere and balmy climate.
Day 16-17 : Brisbane - Montville
From Brisbane it’s an easy drive to the Sunshine Coast hinterland, where you’ll find the quaint town of Montville, filled with art galleries and cosy coffee shops. Relax and explore at your own pace.
Day 18-19 : Montville - K’gari (formerly Fraser Island)
Make your way to River Heads in Hervey Bay for the 50-minute ferry crossing to K’gari. Spend 2 nights discovering this World Heritage listed island. Made entirely of sand you’ll find wide open beaches, turquoise lakes, hiking trails and wildlife.
Day 20-21 : K’gari – Noosa
Depart K’gari and make your way south to Noosa, a world-class surfing destination known for its glorious beaches and sophisticated atmosphere. Follow hiking trails in the Noosa National Park, soak up the sun from pavement cafes and enjoy myriad water-based activities.
Day 22 : Noosa
Today enjoy a full day cruise on the Noosa River, Australia’s answer to the Everglades. Cruise through ancient landscapes, mirrored waterways, and sub-tropical rainforest. Morning tea and lunch is included.
Day 23-24 : Brisbane – UK
Return to Brisbane in time for your return flight to the UK.
