Alaska's Annual Climate
Alaska’s weather is unpredictable, and as a result the main travelling season in Alaska is limited to the summer months of mid-June to mid-September, though we would recommend visiting from mid-June to mid-July if your plans permit it. Alaska’s incredible wildlife, varying from bears to sea otters to whales, is visible throughout the main travelling season, though have the best sightings in June and July. The warm weather and long days make this a pleasant time of year, but be aware that weather in Alaska changes very quickly at any time of year, so make sure to be prepared for this and don’t be afraid to ask us any questions you have if you are unsure.
