Job Title: Administration Assistant

Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the updating of bookings, checking invoices and speaking to customers
• Dealing with incoming phone calls from clients, suppliers and airlines regarding any aspect of a client’s holidays
• Assisting our team to produce high quality travel packs, each one individually prepared for each of our clients
• Meet and greet visitors
• General Administration duties include stock room control, sending brochures, sending letters and postal duties
• Full Training will be given on all areas of the booking administration, our destinations, brochures, computer systems.
Skills & Experience:
• Enthusiastic and positive approach to learning
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to use own initiative and work well in a team
• Accuracy and attention to detail is a must
• Excellent knowledge of word/excel
• Logical thinker
• Able to organise workload
• GCSE Grade 5 and above/ A-C English Language and Maths
Contract / Working Hours:
Full time (38.75 hours per week 8.55am – 5.40pm). Monday to Saturday (5 days) based in our offices at Trafford House, Old Trafford, Manchester.
